Sincroforte^®

• Used for the treatment of follicular cysts.
• It does not require cooling.
• Indicated for FTAI e FTET.

Components:

Each 10 mL of injectable solution contains:

Buserelin Acetate .......... 0,042 mg(*)

Aqueous vehicle q.s. .......... 10,00 mL

(*) corresponds to 0,04 mg Buserelin

Indication:

Sincroforte^® (Buserelin Acetate) is a synthetic hormone analogous to GnRH. GnRH is a hormone produced by the hypothalamus that stimulates anterior pituitary to secrete LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone).

Buserelin is recommended to:

BOVINE AND BUBALUS:

• Reproductive protocols at the ovulation induction and follicle luteinization (through LH action).
• Increase in fertility (increase in conception rates) at artificial insemination.
• Treatment of ovarian fertility disorders: follicular cysts, delay in ovulation and estrus.

EQUINE:

• Ovulation induction and synchronization of time of ovulation and mounting.
• Ovarian cystic disorders.
• Increase in fertility (increase in conception rates).

Directions and Dosage:

Apply Sincroforte^® preferably through intramuscular route.

The subcutaneous and intravenous routes can also be used.
 

Cows and Buffalos:

Reproductive protocols of artificial insemination and estrus synchronization at the ovulation induction and follicle luteinization: apply 2,5 mL of Sincroforte^®.

For the treatment of follicular cysts: apply 5 mL of Sincroforte^®, usually 8 days after the application the presence of the corpus luteum.

If, after 14 days, a corpus luteum is not seen, or if there are new cysts, it is necessary to repeat the treatment. After the detection of the corpus luteum or after 8 days of the treatment, it is possible to proceed to the application of a Prostaglandin or luteolytic agent to return to cyclicality.

“Ovsynch” program is also indicated to the treatment of follicular cysts.
 

Mares:

To induce ovulation and estrus synchronization, apply 10 mL when, after palpation, it is detected follicle larger then 35 mm.

To increase fertility: 10 mL in a single dose 12 days after the insemination or at the discretion of the veterinarian.

For the treatment of follicular cysts: apply 10 mL.

Usually 14 days after t5he application a corpus luteum can be seen. If it does not happen it is necessary to repeat the treatment. After the detection of the corpus luteum or after 14 days of the treatment, it is possible to proceed to the application of a Prostaglandin or luteolytic agent to return to cyclicality.

BOVINE AND BUBALUS

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE SLAUGHTER OF TREATED BOVINE AND BUBALUS.

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF MILK FROM THE TREATED BOVINE AND BUBALUS.
 

EQUINE (Equus caballus/ HORSES)

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE SLAUGHTER OF TREATED EQUINE.
