Components:

Every 100g contains:

Trimethoprim .......... 2.0 g

Sulfamethoxazole .......... 10.0 g

Vehicle q.s. .......... 100.0 g


Indication:

Trissulfin® is indicated for the prevention and treatment of diseases that affect poultry, caused by agents Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella gallinarum and Pasteurella multocida. These microorganisms are related to various poultry diseases, as described in the table contained in the leaflet.


Directions and Dosage:

Trissulfin® must be administered at the dose of 33,33 mg/kg of bodyweight for Sulfamethoxazole and 6,67 mg/kg of bodyweight for Trimethoprim, which corresponds to 333,34 mg of the final product/kg of bodyweight. Thus, Trissulfin® must be offered to the animals, considering 1 g of product for every 3 kg of bodyweight of the animal.

The inclusion of the product may be calculated from the dose of Trissulfin®, considering the bodyweight of animals to receive treatment and its average animal food consumption, according to the calculation in the leaflet.

SLAUGHTER: THE SLAUGHTER OF THE ANIMALS TREATED WITH THIS PRODUCT MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT 08 DAYS AFTER THE LAST APPLICATION.

EGGS: THIS PRODUCT MUST NOT BE APPLIED TO ANIMALS PRODUCING EGGS FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
