Indication:

Sincrorrelin^® is a synthetic hormone, analogous to GnRH (Gonadotropin-releasing hormone) indicated to induce and synchronize ovulation in mares with ovarian follicles equal or larger than 35 mm diameter This agent induces ovarian luteinization, causing the release of the Luiteinizing Hormone (LH), similar to the LH peak observed in the estrus before ovulation.

Sincrorrelin^® does not change the length of the estrous cycle of treated mares, with no delay in the manifestation of the subsequent cycle, after the treatment.

Notes: The size of the follicle shall be determined by rectal palpation and/or ultrasound before the start of the treatment.

Directions and Dosages:

Sincrorrelin^® must be administered exclusively through the intramuscular route at the dose of 3,0 mL to 4,0 mL per animal. Dose corresponding to 750 to 1000 µg Deslorelin (acetate)/animal.

Keep in a dry and cool place, in a temperature between 15ºC and 30ºC, protected from intense sunlight and out of the reach of children and domestic animals. After opened, the product must be used in up to 06 months.

CAUTION: COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GRACE PERIOD

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE SLAUGHTER OF TREATED EQUINE.
