Indication:

Dermotrat Aerosol is an antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory agent of topical use for skin conditions that affect cats and dogs.


Use in dogs:

Acute Moist Dermatitis: Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp, Proteus spp, Pseudomonas spp, Corynebacterium spp, Escherichia coli;

Skin Fold Pyoderma: Staphylococcus spp, Proteus spp, Pseudomonas spp, Corynebacterium spp;

Superficial Pyoderma, Impetigo: Staphylococcus intermedius;

Deep foliculitis: Pseudomonas spp, Proteus spp, Escherichia coli;

Furunculosis: Pseudomonas spp, Proteus spp, Escherichia coli;

Recurrent Superficial and Deep Pyoderma: Staphylococcus spp, Proteus spp, Pseudomonas spp, Corynebacterium spp, Escherichia coli;

Dermatophytosis: Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum, Mallassezia pachydermatis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes.

Dermotrat Aerosol is indicated as an aid in the treatment of skin lesions of various etiologies: Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD), Pemphigus Complex, Bullous pemphigoid, Lupus erythematosus complex, Irritant Contact Dermatitis, Insect bites, Burns, Frostbite, Decubitus Ulcers, Protection of Surgical Wounds.


Use in cats:

Recurrent Superficial and Deep Pyoderma: Staphylococcus spp, Proteus spp, Pseudomonas spp, Corynebacterium spp, Escherichia coli.

Dermotrat Aerosol is indicated as an aid in the treatment of skin lesions of various etiologies: Atypical Mycobacteriosis, Irritant Contact Dermatitis, FAD (Flea Allergy Dermatitis), Food Hypersensitivity, Immune-mediated dermatoses, Insect Bites, Burns, Decubitus Ulcer, Protection of Surgical Wounds.

Dermatophytosis: Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes.


Dosage and Directions:

Dermotrat Aerosol is a product for topical administration on skin lesions, in the form of aerosol.

Aerosol must be applied covering the fullest extent of the area to be treated, maintaining the tube 10 to 20 cm away from the skin.

Dermotrat Aerosol must be applied in 8 to 12 intervals, for seven to ten days, for the treatment of skin lesions, except for the fungal ones.

For the treatment of fungal diseases, the treatment must last for up to four weeks or at the discretion of the veterinarian.

In all cases, the treatment shall continue until 48 hours after the clinical signs disappear.
