Sincrocio^®

• Luteolytic based on Cloprostenol Sodium.

Swine:

Effective in labor induction.

Sincrocio^® is a fast-acting luteolytic labor inducer for female swine. It must be applied 245 hours before the estimated date of the labors, with the purpose of concentrating them.

Components:

Each 100 ml contains:

Sodium Cloprostenol* .......... 26.30 mg

Vehicle q.s. .......... 100,00 mL

*Corresponds to 25 mg of Cloprostenol base

Indication:

Sincrocio^® (Sodium Cloprostenol) is a potent luteolytic agent. Its action originates structural and functional degradation of the corpus luteum (luteolysis) followed by a return to the rutting period and normal ovulation.

Therefore, it is indicated for synchronization and heat induction in responsive females (with evidence of corpus luteum) of bovine and equine species or in reproductive protocols in which the reduction of progesterone levels is required.

Sincrocio^® is also indicated for the induction and synchronization of labors in swine species, simplifying the handling in swine farms.

Dosage:

Sincrocio^® must be administered in BOVINE at a dosage of 2 mL intramuscularly, in a single application or at the discretion of the veterinarian.

In EQUINE, apply 1 mL intramuscularly.

For the administration in SWINE, use 0,7 mL intramuscularly or from 0,3 to 0,5 mL through vulvar submucous.

Directions:

Bovine

Use only one treatment with Sincrocio^®, with palpable evidence of corpus luteum, followed by insemination or mating at the detection of the next rutting season.

Observe rut for 6 days, inseminating those females that are in a rut. A new treatment with Sincrocio^® shall be applied in the sixth day to all the other that were not inseminated, and artificial insemination or mating in the following rutting season. The luteolytic activity of Sincrocio^® may be used to control the breeding standard of the bovine, however, it will only be effective in cycling females, with proper body score and in the presence of functioning corpus luteum.
 

Equine

Use only one treatment with Sincrocio^®, with palpable evidence of corpus luteum, followed by insemination or mating at the detection of the following rutting season.

Inseminate those females that are in a rut. A new treatment with Sincrocio^® shall be applied to all the other that were not inseminated, and artificial insemination or mating in the following rutting season. The luteolytic activity of Sincrocio^® will only be efficient in cycling females, with proper body score and in the presence of corpus luteum between 6 and 11 days.
 

Swine

For labor induction in swine females, it must only be used in females that present gestation period close to the due date (at least 112 days of pregnancy), being capable of inducing labor in an interval of 18 to 36 hours.

The response to the use of hormonal drugs depends on the animal’s good body condition and the absence of causes of low fertility such as reproductive and endocrine diseases. Correct nutritional management on the property is essential, since the reproductive characteristics are of low heritability and, consequently, are much more influenced by the environment.

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE SLAUGHTER OF TREATED BOVINE, SWINE AND EQUINE.

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF MILK FROM THE TREATED BOVINE.
